Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager II to support the delivery of digital services for Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tactical assignments and assist in strategic initiatives to meet defined milestones
• Collaborate with product leadership to shape product vision and strategy, adopting agile methodologies
• Mentor junior team members and participate in agile ceremonies to enhance team collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Experience with agile methods and cross-functional workflows
• Ability to define key performance indicators and track progress
• Experience in strategy development and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and communicate effectively with stakeholders
