Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to support the SuccessFactors Performance Development module.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee platform operations and manage bi-annual project execution for the SuccessFactors Performance module
• Act as a liaison between various teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and manage platform stability and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance & Goals modules
• Proven ability to build relationships with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience in business analysis and translating complex needs into documentation
• Track record of managing end-to-end system projects from requirements gathering to delivery
• Leadership experience or aptitude in mentoring technical resources and managing project priorities
