Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager responsible for developing strategic plans and managing product development deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the 12-month product roadmap and aligns the scrum team around high-value business outcomes
• Translates business requirements into technical requirements and documents them as user stories
• Partners with business stakeholders to align on strategic roadmaps and ensure delivery of product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, including owning a product roadmap and driving Agile processes
• Experience overseeing phases of the product development lifecycle
• Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategy
• Experience working in agile methodologies and on an agile team
