Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of mission-critical software products supporting public safety and emergency communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Agile / Scrum execution by maintaining a prioritized backlog and leading sprint ceremonies
• Plan and track project timelines, managing cross-functional dependencies and surfacing risks
• Lead customer implementations and feedback loops, orchestrating pilots and coordinating training

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership roles
• Experience owning complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through delivery
• Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and serving as Product Manager
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., CJIS, SOC 2)
• Must pass FBI fingerprint and background check in multiple states
