Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Digital CX Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate understanding of customer needs and market opportunities while developing a clear product vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the feature backlog and ensure timely delivery of product innovations
• Guide teams through the full product development lifecycle, providing leadership and support for product improvements and business case development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies in Product Owner or Product Manager roles
• Knowledge of IT systems development and familiarity with Web and CRM platforms preferred
• Experience in digital customer experience/success is preferred
• Experience in the Medical Device industry is a plus
