Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to support a global provider of data center services in a permanent remote role based in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for operational tools, workflows, and automations
• Manage data quality as a product discipline, including the data quality dashboard
• Lead partnership with operations to prioritize and groom product backlog requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a product owner/backlog owner in a Scrum or SAFE environment
• Experience with internal-tools or operational products
• Experience in stakeholder management and partnering with internal user communities
• Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, or similar ITSM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
