Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to join their team remotely or in specific locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring visibility and understanding among stakeholders
• Lead discovery efforts on new initiatives and collaborate with product owners to translate them into user stories
• Develop product KPIs aligned with business goals and facilitate communication of the product vision to the Scrum Team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics and/or product management
• Foundational knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft technologies and CRM software (preferred)
• Direct experience building digital products in the insurance industry (preferred)
