Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to lead the implementation and support of application integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the integration lifecycle, ensuring a smooth user experience and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and assist in onboarding new clients with integration solutions
• Oversee API integrations, validate technical configurations, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful data flow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, product management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho)
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with APIs, data mapping, and system configuration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
