Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to oversee the performance of mobile game titles in their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Live Operations strategy and execution for one or more mobile game titles
• Drive planning, design, and iteration of in-game events, sales, and promotions
• Monitor, analyze, and act on key business and gameplay metrics to improve game performance

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Live Operations Manager role (6+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of game KPIs and their interpretation
• Proven experience in Live Operations with a focus on data-driven optimization
• Extensive experience managing and playing casual mobile games, especially puzzle-based games
• Strong understanding of player motivation and progression systems in casual games
