Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Enterprise Tools) to oversee the product lifecycle and drive measurable behavior change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, translating opportunities into build-ready work
• Serve as the primary intake point for validated use cases and shape them into structured product definitions
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure effective deployment and adoption of tools

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software
• Proven experience in managing product backlogs and delivering software products end-to-end
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous ideas into structured product requirements
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile development environments
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or data-driven applications is preferred
