Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization across the customer experience
• Define how content, offers, and product surfaces adapt to user behavior
• Build and scale experimentation capabilities, driving work from discovery through testing, launch, and iteration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer tech or fintech
• Experience building personalization, recommendation systems, or growth/experimentation platforms
• Strong product sense paired with data fluency
• Track record of shipping and iterating on scalable product systems
• Deep understanding of current AI tools and their effective use
