Key Responsibilities

• Drive product innovation and execution by leading the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Establish and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare job seekers' needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research and data analysis
• Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery, establishing clear communication channels and processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a two-sided marketplace or SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience analyzing and optimizing the full user experience funnel, including conducting A/B tests
• Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and strategies for content-rich, high-volume platforms
• Passion for understanding and solving user problems, with a track record of conducting user research
• Experience in the online recruitment industry is a strong plus
