Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to drive customer experience improvements and collaborate with engineering and UI/UX teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Become the go-to expert of the platform and understand customer needs
• Develop frameworks to assess investments that improve customer experience and business outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering and UI/UX teams, and analyze internal data sources to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 4-9 years of combined experience in product management, management consulting, or data analysis, with at least 3 years as a product manager
• A degree in a quantitative field, preferably computer science
• Strong technical skills with a passion for quantitative analysis
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and creativity
• Insatiable curiosity and ability to work collaboratively with others
