Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define user personas and manage product requirements, coordinating with product owners
• Review customer escalations and prioritize corrective actions in collaboration with the business operations team
• Maintain the product portfolio roadmap and status dashboard to communicate with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Experience in managing matrixed teams using Agile and iterative processes
• Proven ability to translate product requirements into compelling products and capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with current project management software tools
