Product Manager

Job Summary

Product Manager is a full-time remote position focused on end-to-end product development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core product development processes including scoping, prioritizing, shipping, and iterating
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to foster an entrepreneurial culture
• Build and maintain roadmaps, feature specs, and launch plans to improve user and underwriter experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of product management experience with at least one successful 0-to-1 build
• Proven track record of owning outcomes and setting high standards for performance
• Fluency with AI-powered tools and an understanding of their product value
• Bachelor's degree required; technical or software background is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
