Job Summary

Product Manager, responsible for leading the development and delivery of digital product solutions for small business and commercial banking in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the bank's objectives and customer needs
• Own end-to-end delivery and performance for assigned Commercial Digital products, supporting shared roadmap planning and cross-team execution
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to inform product direction and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in product management or related roles
• Knowledge of digital banking products and services
• Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
