Product Manager

Job Summary

To develop and manage product roadmaps and sprint priorities, the full-time Product Manager will lead larger teams throughout the product lifecycle, collaborate with various stakeholders, and conduct user research to align product strategy with user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the team and user community to ensure alignment around product strategy and direction
• Conduct user research to uncover critical insights and create the product's long-term vision and strategy
• Lead the development of a cohesive product roadmap and manage quarterly reports and metrics for leadership

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience leading development teams
• Experience in software engineering and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage personnel effectively
• Passion for understanding and resolving complex user needs into product priorities
