Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the agile development of digital and store products, the full-time remote Product Manager will set a clear product vision, manage the product backlog, and engage with stakeholders to drive product KPIs and quarterly OKRs.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate an ambitious product vision to the team and stakeholders
• Lead the agile product development life-cycle and manage the product backlog
• Identify KPIs for the product and translate them into incremental goals via quarterly OKRs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in product management with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred
• Relevant certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO I) is preferred
• Proven knowledge of business domain and industry trends
• Experience leading teams in an Agile setting, including managing backlogs and release plans
