Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and stakeholder engagement, the remote full-time Product Manager / Senior Product Owner will define the product vision, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Act as the primary client-facing product lead, capturing requirements and priorities from stakeholders
• Manage the product backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
• Proven experience in Agile environments with strong backlog management skills
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management
• Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-centric, data-driven products
