Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of the MCAP product, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the entire product lifecycle, utilize data-driven insights for product enhancements, and ensure alignment among various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization
• Utilize data-driven insights such as customer feedback and competitive analysis to guide product development
• Manage communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including executive and technical teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
• Knowledge of Manufacturer copay card programs
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
