Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive innovation in healthcare recruiting, the full-time remote Product Manager will lead the product development lifecycle, establish a deep understanding of user needs, and collaborate across teams to enhance platform engagement and growth metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product innovation and execution from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
• Conduct user research and analyze data to maintain a deep understanding of healthcare job seekers' needs and behaviors
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a two-sided marketplace or SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience analyzing and optimizing the full user experience funnel for talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and its application to high-volume platforms
• Passion for understanding and solving user problems, with a track record of conducting user research
• Experience in the online recruitment industry is a strong plus
