Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of key digital experiences, the full-time remote Product Manager will define and prioritize the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data to enhance customer acquisition and retention in the financial services sector.

• Define and execute product strategy, prioritizing key initiatives to deliver impactful financial products
• Lead cross-functional teams to partner with engineering, design, and marketing for product launches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products with a user experience focus
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and define success metrics
• Excellent technical acumen and familiarity with scalable solutions and regulatory considerations
