Seeking a highly motivated Product Manager for a full-time remote position focused on designing critical infrastructure for a core credit consumption calculation engine, ensuring customer success and driving product strategy in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer success by understanding needs related to the metering and billing lifecycle
• Own the financial engine by ensuring accuracy in credit calculation rules and integrity of the consumption ledger
• Drive product strategy through collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to balance customer requirements and market opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B products
• Technically proficient with AI and LLM-powered technology
• Proven track record as a customer advocate with a passion for understanding customer needs
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills to shape product vision and direction
