Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and user-obsessed Product Manager, the full-time remote position will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key digital experiences aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the fintech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize impactful solutions for customer-facing digital products
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data analysts to build high-quality financial products
• Utilize data-driven decision-making and customer insights to craft and ship products that promote financial success for members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or a related field
• Experience in building and launching customer-facing digital products with a focus on user experience
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and define success metrics
• Excellent technical acumen, including familiarity with APIs and system design
• Deep understanding of financial products and their regulatory considerations
