Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of Hudl's Director Operating System, the full-time salaried Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams in creating operational tools for scheduling, registration, payments, and communications for youth and scholastic sports organizations, while also driving product strategy and discovery efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product squads by acting as the product owner and prioritizing the backlog for effective collaboration
• Build Director Operations products that enhance scheduling, registration, payments, and game-day readiness
• Drive discovery and delivery processes to ensure solutions meet market needs with measurable impact

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of product management experience in developing customer-facing software products
• Meaningful experience in the sports industry, understanding the operational realities of athletic organizations
• Experience with AI tools and integrating AI-powered workflows into products
• Proven leadership ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders
• User-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding customer engagement with products
