Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day product cadence, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the team's ceremonies, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure efficient product delivery for an AI-powered mental healthcare product serving enterprise customers in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Run team ceremonies to ensure effective alignment and follow-up
• Prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback and project impact
• Triage inbound issues, ensuring proper routing and addressing of real concerns

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management with a focus on delivering impactful features
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and effective collaboration with engineers
• Ability to analyze data critically and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in writing clear project overviews and documentation
• Experience in healthcare is a bonus, particularly with EHR integration and health-data standards
