Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager will own product initiatives from concept through launch, translating complex clinical workflows into actionable product requirements while collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product initiatives across multiple areas, ensuring alignment with business and clinical needs
• Translate user and business problems into clear product requirements and define success metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and feature releases effectively

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or digital health
• Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products and familiarity with healthcare workflows
• Demonstrated ability to independently own product areas and ship features end-to-end
• Comfortable working within agile development practices and writing clear product requirements
• Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and using data to guide decisions
