Job Summary

To build and scale innovative healthcare products, the full-time remote Product Manager will own product initiatives from concept through launch, translating complex business and clinical needs into actionable requirements while collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive product initiatives across multiple areas, ensuring alignment with business and user needs
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, manage backlog, and facilitate development processes
• Analyze success metrics and utilize data to inform product decisions and prioritization

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or digital health
• Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and virtual care delivery
• Proven ability to independently manage product areas and deliver features end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and guiding decisions based on data
