Product Manager

Job Summary

To build the future of the Well platform, the full-time Product Manager will own multiple product areas, focusing on leveraging generative AI and large language models to enhance member engagement and health outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive products through their end-to-end lifecycle, from requirements gathering to execution and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and emerging technologies to enhance product features and member engagement
• Synthesize user research and market trends into long-term product roadmaps and priorities, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, data science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly large language models and generative AI
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or digital health products
