Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Manager will lead discovery, define roadmaps, and enhance healthcare solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning product outcomes from problem definition through delivery for complex healthcare products
• Setting clear product direction by synthesizing customer needs, market dynamics, and business context
• Leading cross-functional teams through influence to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
• Over 3 years of product management experience delivering technology-driven products, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience launching and scaling new tech products in enterprise settings
• Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, or workflow platforms
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, driving alignment and delivering outcomes without formal authority
