Product Manager

Job Summary

Transforming a proven event management tool into an AI-native platform, the full-time remote Product Manager will drive product strategy, manage a design team, and engage with customers to enhance user experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Shift Sched from an episodic event tool to a daily-use platform by driving Weekly Active Organizations (WAO)
• Identify and implement AI Agent features to automate administrative workflows
• Establish a high-performance Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) while synthesizing customer feedback into strategic narratives

Required qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to build functional prototypes
• Proficiency in creating engineering-ready Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) linked to customer pain points
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data sources like Amplitude and BigQuery
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and incorporate feedback into product development
• A proactive approach to challenging assumptions and making decisions in ambiguous situations
