Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product development in a fast-paced environment, the part-time Product Manager will own the product roadmap and customer experience for a generative AI-based platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, translating strategy and feedback into a sequenced plan that adapts to shifting priorities
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog, making prioritization decisions based on impact, effort, and strategic fit
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure high delivery velocity, running sprint planning and clearing blockers efficiently

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience with direct ownership of consumer-facing software products
• Proven ability to manage a product roadmap and defend prioritization decisions under pressure
• Hands-on experience with agile and scrum methodologies, directly collaborating with engineers
• Direct experience building and maintaining Claude Skills for automated workflows
• Strong product sense and customer empathy, demonstrated by regular user engagement
