Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AVP, Product Manager will oversee product strategy alignment, manage the backlog of actionable work, and represent the voice of the customer while ensuring successful delivery of features and user stories.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product decisions align with organizational strategy and communicate the strategic vision to teams
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories while maintaining a ready backlog
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer needs and prioritize work according to strategic direction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate role or equivalent
• Experience in product or service development with a focus on end-user usability and UX design
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data engineering and logical data models
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management techniques
