Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance homeowner and resident engagement, the remote Product Manager will define and execute a product roadmap, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive the development of AI-powered capabilities while supporting go-to-market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for Resident Engagement capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Drive strategy and execution of AI-powered automation workflows and mobile app products, ensuring a strong user experience
• Support go-to-market activities and create customer-facing materials to drive awareness and adoption of product features

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience with successful software products
• Experience with consumer-facing products and/or mobile applications
• Background in FinTech/Payments and/or Accounts Payable preferred
• BA/BS in a relevant business or technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
