Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a user-focused, data-driven Product Manager, the full-time position will manage seamless experiences across kiosks, locksmith services, eCommerce, and mobile vans while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that improve customer and operational outcomes
• Develop design testing approaches and create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to enhance user experience
• Conduct user research and testing, leading coordination between design and engineering teams to implement product enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related role
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
• Experience with design tools like Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Asana
