Job Summary

To enhance the SellerCloud e-commerce platform, the full-time Product Manager will define product strategy, drive measurable business outcomes, and collaborate across teams to improve customer workflows and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a focused product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals
• Deliver initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, retention, and operational efficiency
• Establish a robust customer discovery practice to validate problems and ensure solutions address high-value use cases

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager, managing products through the full development lifecycle
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, particularly in e-commerce, order management, or logistics
• Proven track record of delivering business outcomes rather than just features
• Experience collaborating across multiple products or platforms, including integrations
• Comfortable working with engineering teams in complex environments
