Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution for SellerCloud, the full-time Product Manager will manage product development processes, ensure alignment with customer needs, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a focused product strategy and roadmap aligned to customer needs and business goals
• Establish a robust customer discovery practice to validate problems and ensure solutions address high-value use cases
• Drive delivery across engineering and cross-functional teams, maintaining scope discipline and ensuring comprehensive solutions

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager, owning products through the full product development lifecycle
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, particularly in e-commerce, order management, inventory, or logistics
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes, not just features
• Experience collaborating across multiple products or platforms, including integrations and partnerships
• Comfortable working with engineering teams in complex, multi-system environments
