Product Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the direction and leadership of a product, the full-time remote Product Manager will create and execute product plans, set the vision for assigned products, and manage relationships to align product efforts with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set short-term and long-term product visions and prioritize product requirements to meet business needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product goals align with the company's overall strategy
• Gather and document product requirements while managing key initiatives throughout the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in Healthcare or Self-Direction Programs is a plus
• Strong technology background with an aptitude for current software developments
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within an Agile framework
