Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning lender integrations and consumer funnel optimization, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate on strategy, write requirements, and partner with engineering teams to enhance approval rates and lender partner satisfaction for Splash's personal loan product.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of new lender partners, overseeing integrations from scoping to go-live
• Optimize borrower demand matching and allocation across lender supply while managing the integration pipeline
• Run experiments and funnel optimizations, collaborating with design on research and A/B testing to enhance customer offer experiences

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech, lending, or financial services
• Experience building consumer-facing and/or B2B2C products in a marketplace or platform environment
• Strong technical fluency, including reading API documentation and writing SQL
• Demonstrated ability to manage a product area end to end, from discovery to iteration
• Data-driven decision-making experience with a focus on running experiments and analyzing success metrics
