Product Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for defining and delivering digital capabilities across service supply chain and customer operations workflows, the full-time remote Product Manager will bridge business and IT needs, prioritize the product roadmap, and support service operations through process development in logistics and global trade management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business priorities and build business cases through stakeholder collaboration
• Translate business needs into user stories and manage product lifecycle activities, including releases and feature enhancements
• Drive alignment across operations and IT, leading projects with external vendors and implementing change management plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-10 years of experience in product management within software, supply chain, or telecommunications environments
• Strong ability to translate technical requirements into product features and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and data exchange platforms like APIs and MuleSoft
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
