Job Summary

Driving impactful product initiatives from concept to launch, the full-time Product Manager will lead discovery cycles, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and ensure products enhance compliance and clinician satisfaction, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Boston or Detroit/Ann Arbor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery cycles by interviewing users and synthesizing insights to validate opportunities
• Shape product bets with clear problem statements and collaborate with engineering during build cycles
• Drive post-launch reviews, collect metrics, and recommend iterations based on feedback

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace tech
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and data models
• Proven ability to translate user and business needs into actionable scopes
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Analytical rigor with decision-making based on evidence
