Job Summary

Driving meaningful product initiatives from concept to launch, the full-time Product Manager will lead user discovery, shape product strategies, and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to enhance compliance and clinician satisfaction, with flexibility to work remotely or from designated locations in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user discovery cycles, synthesizing insights to validate product opportunities
• Create Shaping Briefs that outline clear problem statements and project parameters
• Collaborate with engineering during build cycles to ensure project scope and priorities are maintained

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace technology
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and data models
• Proven ability to translate user and business needs into actionable project scopes
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional team environments
• Analytical mindset with a focus on evidence-based decision-making
