Job Summary

Driving meaningful product initiatives from concept to launch, the full-time Product Manager will lead discovery cycles, collaborate with engineering and design, and ensure products enhance compliance and clinician satisfaction, with the flexibility to work remotely or from designated locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery cycles by interviewing users, synthesizing insights, and validating opportunities
• Shape product bets with clear problem statements, constraints, and boundaries while collaborating with engineering during build cycles
• Drive post-launch reviews, collect metrics and feedback, and recommend iterations or scaling decisions

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace tech
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and data models
• Proven ability to translate user and business needs into structured, actionable scopes
• Experience collaborating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Analytical rigor with a focus on evidence-based decision-making
