Job Summary

Driving impactful product initiatives from concept to launch, the full-time Product Manager will lead discovery cycles, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and ensure products enhance compliance and clinician satisfaction while working remotely or from designated locations within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user discovery cycles, synthesizing insights to validate product opportunities
• Create Shaping Briefs that address complex healthcare challenges with clear problem statements and boundaries
• Collaborate with engineering during build cycles to clarify priorities and maintain project scope integrity

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace technology
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and data models
• Proven ability to translate user and business needs into actionable project scopes
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Analytical mindset with a focus on evidence-based decision-making
