Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time Product Manager, the successful candidate will define, design, and launch innovative AI Talent Acquisition products while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and define customer problems to encourage solutions that generate measurable value
• Drive product design in collaboration with customers, product managers, designers, and engineers
• Manage the product lifecycle, including defining business problems and prioritizing an Agile development backlog

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS product management experience
• Proven track record in managing product lifecycle and working with Agile or Scrum teams
• Experience in working independently and resolving ambiguity
• Consumer-level proficiency of AI and LLM-powered technology
• 2+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition systems preferred
