Job Summary

To support the growth of innovative AI Talent Acquisition products, the full-time remote Product Manager will discover customer problems, drive product design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and research customer needs to inform product development and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to create user-centric products
• Lead tactical execution on complex initiatives, ensuring high standards of accountability and organization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS product management experience with a proven track record in managing product lifecycles
• Experience working with Agile or SCRUM teams for at least 3 years
• Proficiency in AI and LLM-powered technology at a consumer level
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve ambiguity
• Experience in Talent Acquisition systems is a plus
