Product Manager

Job Summary

To impact profitable growth within an assigned region, the full-time remote Product Manager will provide Strategic Business Unit leadership, develop growth strategies, and manage product portfolios in alignment with global initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategies for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
• Manage the product portfolio to enhance differentiation and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management and pricing strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Level Equivalent Technical degree (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
• 7+ years of professional industrial experience, preferably in Applications, Sales, Global Marketing, or R&D
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across multiple teams
• Knowledge of marketing and pricing fundamentals
