Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the NoCode platform and merchant operations portfolio, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage product vision and strategy, coordinate external development with internal engineering, and enhance the merchant experience through human-centered design thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap for NCPI and merchant operations
• Coordinate external NCPI development with internal engineering, defining integration contracts and ensuring alignment
• Identify friction points in the merchant experience and advocate for usability improvements across operational products

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
• 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams, driving sprint planning and backlog health
• Experience managing products built by external development teams
• Proven track record of outcome-focused delivery with measurable evidence of impact
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
