Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a driven self-starter, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to influence product vision, drive execution against a roadmap, and ensure successful feature launches for the Workday VNDLY vendor management system.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and development teams to understand business outcomes and priorities
• Influence product vision and strategy while guiding product teams towards high-value outcomes
• Support education and adoption of features while coordinating solution design across multiple teams

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of SaaS product management or related experience, preferably in enterprise cloud solutions
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with various teams to drive product growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Preferred experience in external workforce management or vendor management systems
• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes and advocate for customer-centric solutions
