Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead the definition and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-centered cloud-based software solutions for public health, the full-time remote Product Manager will partner with various stakeholders to understand solution needs, conduct user discovery, and communicate product vision while ensuring alignment and successful execution of product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of solution needs and priorities
• Conduct user interviews and validation to create intuitive experiences that deliver value
• Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful delivery of commitments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role within a software environment
• Experience with large-scale, data-intensive applications and healthcare transactions (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
• Proven experience in Agile (Scrum) environments, collaborating closely with engineering and client-facing teams
• Strong ability to translate client and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher
